Housing Loan
Planning to have a new house, repair or extend your old one or renovate it, your problem is our solution. You can opt for our Housing Loan scheme to fulfill your housing desires. Our purpose is to facilitate construction of new buildings, purchase of new house/flats, repair/extension of existing building and renovation/decoration of existing building.
Eligibility
1. Individuals should be employed, self-employed or professional Nepalese citizens.
2. Loanee should have adequate and regular source of income, which should match with EMI.
3. Age of applicant shall not exceed 60 years at the time of loan sanction.


Loan Amount
Construction/Purchase:
Within Municipality Area Upto 50 Lakhs
Outside Municipality Area Upto 15 Lakhs
Repair/Renovation:
Within Municipality Area Upto 15 Lakhs
Outside Municipality Area Upto 5 Lakhs

Interest Rate & Other charges

Upto 6 Years Interest Rate 12-15 %
Procesing Fee 1% of the loan amount (One time charge)

Security arrangements
1. Title rights of purchased/constructed house or security of any other assets.
2. Proper insurance papers.
3. Personal guarantee or counter guarantee.
4. In case of employees guarantee letter from the employer.

Repayment and Repayment Period

Repayment will be based on EMI (Equal Monthly Installment) depending upon your income and repayment capacity.

Documents required for property valuation
1. Land owner’s citizenship certificate.
2. If client is firm,
  1. Company registration certificate
  2. Company’s PAN or VAT registration Certificate
3. Land Ownership Document
4. Surrounding Boundry
5. Cadastral Map
6. Revenue Payment Receipt
7. If building is included in valuation
  1. Building permission approval letter from municipality or VDC - if applicable
  2. Approved building drawing (clear & readable)

General Conditions
1. Loan application form along with other required information can be obtained from our office.
2. In case of default in repayment of loan amount, the borrower shall be liable to pay penal interest @ 2 % over and above the applicable rate on the principal amount and interest accrued.
3. In case of continuous or total default of three monthly installments, the finance shall have the right to recall the full outstanding.
4. Property being mortgaged should be insured against fire, earthquake, flood, etc
